Another Christian proof text debunked.
Isaiah 9:6 speaks of a “Prince of Peace.” Who is he? This text is a good example of how missionaries approach the Jewish Bible with a preconceived agenda and ultimately see what is not there and do not see what actually is there. The result is a dramatic misreading and distortion of the Jewish Scriptures.

So many flaws in trying to conflate or superimpose Jesus in the old testemnet. Since when was God the “Prince” of anything? God is the creator and owner of it all, the “King” for want of a better word.

“Yulad” is exactly the same as the Arabic pronunciation. Given birth to or Born depending on tense.

This verse is twisted a lot and misrepresented. The exact word used in Isaiah 9:6 El Gibor is used in Ezekiel 33:21 in plural, yet when it comes to Isaiah 9:6 Trinitarians translate as “Mighty God”, but when it comes to Ezekiel 33:21 they deceptively translate it as “The Strong among the mighty”
“The strong (El) among the mighty (gibor) shall speak to him out of the midst of hell with them that help him: they are gone down, they lie uncircumcised, slain by the sword.” – Ezekiel 32:21

Thank your for your efforts. Very useful. You know…watching the video in the opening post it dawned on me, even more, the lengths these people go to in order to misguide people and hide the bare naked fallacies they believe. There is no doubt they know what they are doing and can’t reasonably be seen as an innocent mistake. This begs the question are these the very people all the prophets through God warned us about? Surely this is the work of the devil??

Can’t be Jesus of the NT. The “Prince of Peace” is contrary to Matt. 10:34 which says Jesus came to bring a sword, not peace.

Matthew 10:34 does not contradict Jesus in His first coming.
Matthew 10:34, quoting from Micah 7:5-6 :
“That same passage is quoted in the [Jewish] Mishna with reference to family conflicts that will come with the advent of the Messianic age.” (Michael Brown, Answering Jewish Objections to Jesus, volume 1, page 116)
“Although the Messiah’s main purpose two thousand years ago was not to establish peace on the earth . . . He is rightly called the Prince of Peace . . .’

El Gibor as singular can only refer to Jehovah the Mighty God.
Plural gods can also be humans who have great power or knowledge.
For example:
John 10:35 If he called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came …
… If he called them gods to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be broken— …

God Presides in the Great Assembly
1{A Psalm of Asaph.} God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
2How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
Even God himself calls the judges of his people gods because they execute his will through the law of Moses.
So the translation of Ezekiel is a good one. There will never be better translators than those who translated the KJV.
Thus Hezekiah cannot be the fulfilment. Especially of verse 7. Isaiah prophecied to Hezekiah personally that Jerusalem and the temple would be destroyed.
Skobac’s bias and deceptiveness border on madness if you ask me.
2 Kings 20:
16And Isaiah said unto Hezekiah, Hear the word of the LORD. 17Behold, the days come, that all that is in thine house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store unto this day, shall be carried into Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith the LORD. 18And of thy sons that shall issue from thee, which thou shalt beget, shall they take away; and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon. 19Then said Hezekiah unto Isaiah, Good is the word of the LORD which thou hast spoken. And he said, Is it not good, if peace and truth be in my days?
So much for Hezekiah being the fulfilment of verse 7:
7Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
