Perhaps a church elder can have a word with David in private. David Wood gets trolled by some immature Muslims who bash him over Nabeel Qureshi’s death and he does not like it. Understandable. David then goes on to make a video using Nabeel Qureshi’s death to try to attack Prophet Muhammad (p) all in an effort to fight hate with hate – the hared of some trolls with the hatred in his misuse of Nabeel’s death to attack the Prophet.
And now David’s looking quite moronic and insensitive as he just put his “buddy” in the firing line again, those trolls know that David is unhinged so much by their trolling that he will misuse his “buddy’s” death to try to offend them. Guess what they will do now? You don’t need to be Sadiq Khan to work this out. They will carry on trolling. And David, knowing him, will carry on responding with the same stuff. There’s more irony, David Wood was talking about how Nabeel’s last words were about promoting love yet here he is using Nabeel to promote hatred.
In David Wood’s video he cited a hadith of Prophet Muhammad cursing people who take the graves of Prophets as places of worship. He misrepresented this. This is obviously out of concern for keeping Monotheism intact. This shows the value the Prophet had for pure Monotheism. He used some of his last words to remind people of the importance of pure Abrahamic Monotheism and help them keep away from shirk (a departure from pure Abrahamic Monotheism) – making places of worship over the graves of Prophets could be seen as leading to shirk.
The Prophet Muhammad’s (pbuh) curse on the Jews and Christians was not his last words (just some of his last words), it was not done out of hatred or rancor for them (and it was not directed at all of them), but instead he was relating to those around him his utter rejection of people worshiping prophet’s graves. (i.e. indirectly telling them not to worship his grave.)
The Jews (and Christians!) are taught about pure Monotheism and its importance in the Bible. First Commandment that all Jews accept:Ex 20:3 “You shall have no other gods before[a] me”.
The Prophet, amongst his last words, also reminded people to be spiritual and never forget the prayer: “The prayer, the prayer! And fear Allaah with regard to those whom your right hands possess.”
As for the Prophet’s grave, here is a link to what the the scholars say on this – it is clearly not a curse against Muslims who pray in that mosque!
David also mentioned Jesus and his purported last words. Firstly, as Christian scholars admit that the Gospel authors are not reliable and the Gospel of John puts words into Jesus’ mouth that he never actually said it’s highly dubious for David Wood to talk like he knew what Jesus’ last words. David also makes out he believes in a Jesus who is all about peace and love. In another regards, I see some muslims almost pray for Nabeel to be forgiven. The prophet pbuh was not allowed to do that for his uncle who was a great supporter for Islam. So imagine to do that for someone who is active in his enmity against Islam & by using lies?
Moreover and from an Islamic perspective, is it wrong to be happy for the death of an enemy of Allah(sw)? I’ll leave you with this question.

The disease that Nabeel got at such a disease at such a young age (the probability is 1 per 650,000 at the age of 34) will put to rest the fabricated and exaggerated a stale tactic that some Evangelicals who attack Islam bring up…they sometimes say there have been Muslims who had dreams of Jesus and then they converted.
First of all, this tactic is refuted as Yahya Snow’s website shows (at the bottom), there is a link about Christians having dreams of Islam and then converting to Islam.
However, If they ever bring it up again, then a question will come up about their favorite person (Nabeel) who claimed to have had such a dream and what did God allow happen to him.
We cannot know definitely why anything happens to any person.
And I am sad as to what happened and I do hope that Nabeel repented in his latter days, but the wise and righteous and those who care about their eternal souls should draw a lesson from what occurred.
May God guide us all and open up constricted and stubborn hearts of those who attack Islam, the religion that is logical, rational, compassionate, and teaches truth and goodness and is a confirmation of the truths of previous revelation from God.
I hope consolation for Nabeel’s family.

I think the rate may be less rare than 1 per 650,000 because part of the calculation used the incidence rate which is per year and not throughout the life. But it is still extremely rare as the graph below shows….

The number at age 34 appears very close to zero.
I recommend all to view this graph….it shows how very rare this is.
May God open hearts to the Qur’an and to reason and to logic and evidence….all the evidence and not cherry picking what is convenient.
May we all follow what Abraham and David and Moses taught which was not the Trinity, not the unjust vicarious atonement and not that God has a son or any child.
I don’t mean to offend anyone.
We cannot know definitely why something happens. Only God knows but we should be heedful and try to draw lessons.
And I can understand the pain and suffering when anyone has lost a close one.
My condolences to the family of Nabeel and also to all the friends of Nabeel, even those who are anti-Islam in this moment of difficulty.
But I want what’s best for all including those who are anti-Islam but they have a chance to worship God in a pure way like Abraham of their free-will. They should not allow stubbornness and a desire to be with the religion they were born in to continue to make irrational assertions about God.
We must have reverence for God and not say anything about anyone that does not make sense, especially not to say that about God.

I’ve watched the video as well and find it to be in very poor taste. What kind of person uses his friends’ death as a weapon to beat Muslims over the head with is beyond me.
If one takes all of the Qur’an and the Prophetic tradition we can see that Prophet Muhammad respected people of other faiths. Examples such as the Christians of the Najran and granting asylum to the people of Mecca regardless of their religion, with no compulsion for them to convert to Islam (cf surah 9)
Jewish people have also traditionally flourished in Muslim lands such as in Cordoba and in the early Ottoman empire. The constitution of Medina grants freedom of religion, a far cry from western Christian history…

It seems David Wood commanded Nabeel Quraish to be saying love, love when he sees death approaching to him to use it against Islam. Nabeel accepted his mentor’s/savior’s advice. Now, David Wood has used Nabeel to bash Islam when Nabeel was alive and he is still using him to bash Islam when he is dead. Most people who are very sick, will start preaching love and most the preaching is hypocrisy.
Why preach love alone when you know your sickness is dangerous and serious that can kill you and forget God’s wrath to people who will not listen to Him(God)?
Any sensible person will know the David Wood video is childish and lack of professional and intellectual integrity.
Why?
Because, it will be hypocrisy for a prophet or any one claiming to speak for God to be talking about only love, love, love when dying and forget about the wrath of God which is real. If our prophet talks about the love and the wrath of God he is real than the fake David Wood advice to Nabeel to be talking about only love, love, love and forget about the wrath of God which is real.
Nabeel has left behind a ministry which is full of hate and David Wood is using them to preach hate in full force, so Nabeel’s love, love, love on his death bed under the influence and advice from David Wood is just an illusion and premeditated to preach hate as David Wood is doing.

You can’t preach hate and say love. love on your dying bed with the advice of David Wood. David Wood is preaching hate now, he will preach love for Muslims on his dying bed. That is hypocrisy. Our prophet is sincere and real who preach love and also warns about the wrath of God. That is what a prophet means- to warn people about the wrath of God. Jesus warned people, Moses and all prophets warn people about the wrath of God. Why childishly compare a dying person who will obviously talk about love and a prophet whose purpose is to warn people?
So many wicked people like Hitler will preach love when they see death and does that make them saints? Pharoah preached peace when he saw death. Does that make Pharoah a saint? Of course, so many people will preach love when they see death like how Nabeel saw death. Why did he not start to preach love, love before he was diagnosed with cancer? His preaching of love when he saw death is not unexpected. Using one’s dying moment to attack another is childish and satanic. Nabeel said he does not want that on his death bed but his friend David Wood did not listen to him(David Wood), but instead using his ministry to attack others. His soul and ghost will curse David Wood.

(Let me join) the Highest Companions (see Qur’an 4:69),” I said, “So, he does not choose us.” Then I realized that it was the application of the statement he used to relate to us when he was healthy. So that was his last utterance (before he died), i.e. “O Allah! (Let me join) the Highest Companions.” ( Bukhari)

I am a serious minded Christian and what I see is an effort to show people the difference between the two death experiences. No lies. No whitewashing. No exaggerations. Just simple comparisons. For example. you can definitely see /read that hadith as how great Islam is, and the prophet ﷺ is not for exalting himself or his grave
He ﷺ wanted muslims to be as he left them (i.e.true monotheists.). In fact, that hadith indicates how truthful the prophet ﷺ was for “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted. It’s very rational to read this hadith within this frame.
However, the clown , may Allah punish him, wanted to present the prophet ﷺ as a bad guy who curse the “poor jews and christians” which is not true, but If so, let him define the personality of Elisha who cursed children.
Can, the clown, read that incident about Elisha in the same manner he did with the prophetﷺ?

I say;
The Jews and Christians who attack Islam first. The Quran clearly states, Muslims must not attack first, except when attacked. Our Arabic Quran teaches us that, a name can be used to describe part of those it represents but not all.
When it says fight Jews and Christians, it means those who fight you but not all of them. That is why any Jew will tell you that, Muslims saved them from Christian brutality and persecutions. It is because we understand our Hadiths and Quranic Arabic. If we interpret it like David Wood, Jews and Christians would have been exterminated from Muslim majority lands like how Christians exterminated every one from the Christian West.
