I am a 20 year old Muslim girl from India. Yes, Muslim is the first word I would like to choose to define myself. There is just so much negativity attached to that label nowadays. If anyone reading this has an opinion like Donald Trump about Muslims, I suggest you stop reading and go somewhere else because you won’t find what you are looking for here, i.e. a way to link each and everyone of us to terrorism. You will be sorry to know that I am a normal human being with a normal life just like you. My identity as a Muslim means that I believe in Allah. I believe that his Messenger, the Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) taught us to pray sincerely, to live our lives honorably, to show love and peace to those who don’t understand us and above all to BE KIND to everyone…
