  1. In my view, if everyone kept their personal beliefs private, and didn’t try to force them into the public domain, we’d all get along a lot better.

  2. darthtimon, the irony is you’re expressing your personal beliefs in public 🙂 You just broke your own suggestion.

    PS I believe most people get on just fine despite making their personal beliefs public. However, I agree that beliefs should not be forced on anybody – that’s a recipe for disaster – just ask the secular West who are trying to force secularism on to the rest of the world.

    • The irony is that sections of the West are in fact having to battle to maintain separation of church and state (the US for example). Religious factions are trying to introduce laws based on those beliefs that would impact everybody, regardless of whether they share those beliefs or not.
