I’ve never heard a Trinitarian make that argument on sexuality. The ones who are invoking the Trinity idea like that are setting themselves up for ridicule.

He is referring to the idea that women are to be subject to men in a similar way that Jesus was subject to the father.
But rather than speaking truth he has created a straw man in applying sexuality into the discussion of headship- typical of liberal scholarship
