The fact is that the USA is the biggest arm exporter in the world, for sure they have blood in their hands by directly or indirectly pouring arms into organisation like ISIS making sure as deadly as possible to stay lucrative .
How? Surely its through government facilitated system which controls the arm trade. If their government prohibits export of weapons , no way they can be used by terrorist organisation.
It is hard to believe that ISIS weapons sophistication happened merely by seizing. Arm Manufacturing countries (primarily by the USA) must greatly benefit from this. They just dont care about moral and continue to sell.
