I read in papers today that the media is celebrating the “liberation of Ramadi” by the Iraqi army. And that is an unquestionably a good thing no? Maybe not for the people of Ramadi who have in the past suffered under the Shia-dominated paramilitary force aka the ‘Iraqi army’, who have committed atrocities against Sunni civilians in many Iraqi cities. IS were seen as a credible defence against this sectarian oppression.
What will be their fate now? This question is not being discussed it seems.

In all religions there are rivals and that results in deadly confrontations sometimes.
It is the war that was supported by the evangelical Christians for Iraq invasion that caused isis and Sunni and Shite confrontation. They lived together for a long time without major problems until the Bush and Blair war.
No wonder people have hard time trusting Christians as well who must persecute someone at all cost and in all times.
Yes, the Catholics used to be worse than the protestants in Europe and will not allow any religion in Europe, including other sect of Christianity.
John Calvin had to command the execution of Michael Sventus and burning him because he does not agree with Trinity and any one who dares challenge Trinity will have similar fate.
When the USA turned into a protestant Christian country, the did persecute, torture and killed Catholics and Mormons. They did not spare blacks, Native Indians and Hispanics, until the war of independence put an end to these barbaric and brutal practice by the protestants.
Now, the protestants have turned into evangelical Christians helping Israel to persecute the Palestinians and pushing for war in Muslim countries and supporting any one who will come out publicly to show hatred towards Muslims.
Examples are Newt Gigrich, Ben Carson and Donald Trump.
Imagine Muslims giving a standing ovation to a politician who say he will ban all Christians from coming to his country because they donate money to Israel to bulldoze Palestinian homes and farmlands. It never happened and will never happen because Muslims will not agree with him.
But evangelical Christians agreed with Trump and he is leading in the polls.

-Most Islamic scholars the world over and all commenters here as Muslims condemned isis, boko, elshabab and any Islamic extremist to the extent of fighting them because Muslims were killed by these extremist than Christians.
-They do not interpret the Quran well, just like how the crusaders, kkk, Lords Resistance Army, Jim Jones of Guyana tragedy, David Koresh etc. interpret the Bible to murder, torture and rape people.
-Killing Catholics by the Protestant Christians is not medieval period but as recent as 70 years.
-Murder of Palestinians preached by Christians like John Hagee, Jack Van Impe and the hate of Muslims by Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Newt Gingrich etc. is going on right now and not medieval. It cause hatred and attack on Mosques and assaulting Muslims especially our ladies in Hijab.
-It is not every Christian that hate Muslims because most Christians have come out publicly condemning the Islamophobes and offered their Churches for Muslim to pray because part of it were burnt by extremist Christians of the Ben Carson and Donald Trump fame.
-Last week Muslims protected their Christian brothers and sister in Kenya from the stupid elshabad. The Muslims un armed, refused to separate themselves from their Christian brothers and sisters and prefer to die with them from these idiot elshabab bandids.
Mark, this is how the world must be. Muslim, Christian, Jews, Hindus who want peace must unite against any one who do not want peace.
