Stevie A have you ever bothered to ask after quoting that particular text who the disbelievers are? Considering for a moment that this is placed in brackets meaning it is not part of the text proper?
And by the way these two verses you quoted they are part of a whole discourse which begins with chastising the believers about losing their will to fight in an upcoming battle, perhaps you should start by reading the whole chapter, it has nothing to do with telling morons to blow themselves up and murder innocent people.

I would agree with you except for a few of the following facts.
1. ISIS believes in Allah and his messenger
2. ISIS has enjoined what is good and forbidden what is bad. (They have established regular prayers, established the Ramadan fast, Zikat and Jizya, and other Islamic rituals and practices. They have forbidden alcohol, pork, adultery, fornication, Music etc…)
3. They get there rulings and justification from Islamic and ONLY Islamic sources. The Quran, Hadeeth, Tasfirs etc…
If ISIS is not Islamic then no one and nothing is Islamic
