Yes, one of the 99 Names of Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He). He is “The Merciful”. His mercy far outweighs His wrath, in a hadith qudsi. He has no need for blood in order to forgive sins. He forgives sins when the sinner sincerely repents. All praise is to Allah, our Lord and Savior!

The Qur’an revelation is intrinsically beautiful. Something that is missing from the Christian scriptures as far as I know.
