Lizzie Schofield randomly and inexplicably asks a Muslim she is debating with whether he has more than one wife. Lizzie knows this is considered rude – I doubt she would randomly ask such a random question to her African male co-religionists, Jewish males or Mormon males such a question. In any case, she really doesn’t seem to know the Bible’s position on polygyny – she seems to be espousing a Westernized/Romanized concept of marriage.
