Can anyone tell me if Abu ja’far al-razi is a trustworthy narrator of hadith? And whether the narration in ibn kathir’s interpretation on surah 9:5 is sahih, regarding ‘abrogation’.

This is an issue where both missionaries and Tabekians try to fool people.
9:5 only abrogated the treaties with the Arab mushrikeen. What else should be abrogated? The Dhimma?
