  1. According to CNN and other polls most Americans supports the Iraq invasion. No isis then. No sectarian fighting, no persecution of Christians. Iraq was certainly peaceful then with a Christian vice president Tariq Aziz.

When the war was started, Evangelical Christians could be found in all the corners of Iraq preaching the gospel to women and children.

Now, they created isis but not Islam created isis. Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, Newt Gingritch, etc. are using the same line that was used to invade Iraq by Bush.

“We will defeat isis” and Trump will win a state by saying this. It means the Evangelicals want more invasion in Iraq. We all want isis defeated. It is going to cause a lot of innocent blood. Who voted for Iraq war in the first place?

That vote for war was the problem and not Islam. Islam was there for thousands of years and no isis in Iraq, until the Bush/Blair war to create isis and Tony Blair accepted that.

The Evangelical Christians are still blaming Islam for what they created-isis.

    Thanks.

  2. So, before the period between western colonialism and the American invasion of Iraq, the Middle East was this wonderful pristine paradise, untouched by injustice, human brutality, warfare, slavery and the like?

  3. Little John exposes his ignorance yet again!

Before western colonialism, the Islamic world was an advanced civilization. Europeans came to Islamic universities to study medicine, chemistry and other sciences. Now, of course, Muslims cannot blame all of their problems on the West. We have brought many of our problems on ourselves, but it is a fact of history that western countries have a hand in the instability that is currently ravaging the Middle East.
