I do not doubt that Professor Feng is a brilliant scientist, but he appears to be unaware that his theology contradicts the clear teaching of the Bible. He claims that God died. Died?
1 Timothy 6 teaches some great theology:
God is “the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords. 16 It is he alone who has immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see; to him be honour and eternal dominion. Amen.”
‘Immortality’ definition: someone who is deathless, who will never die.
According to 1 Timothy only God possesses this attribute. According to the gospels Jesus did not. Does God really need a human sacrifice to forgive our sins?

Both Demeter and Demetrius…
Hail to you, O Son of the mighty god Poseidon and of Aphrodite.
The other gods dwell so far away,
or else they have no ears,
or they do not exist, or do not care at all about us
We see you in our midst,
not a wooden or stone presence, but bodily
And so we pray to you… bring about peace
for you are the Lord (κύριος)

you know why you are an atheist ? you believe that unless god become a human male and walk the earth he cannot be known. your god is currently far away and is needy of human body, so why worship this unknown and far away god? in heart you may be true atheist.

so did you follow jesus 24 hours a day ? did you see what he was doing when he was alone?
did you see all the temptations satan was putting god through?
how about when mary m was using her hair to brush jesus’ feet? if god became a man, then one must think that god was capable of having sexual thoughts
i sometimes think that mark should have written that satan tempted jesus and then he was baptised by john the baptist.

Then the islamic doctrine of resurrection of the body is false. Plus, does allah really need to sacrifice apostates to appease his will?

Once resurrected your body will never die – that is true unless the promises of allah are false and you can still sin in heaven and earn punishment.

it is like a human wearing a mask and then killing the mask
but this is not what christians say
they say that god is united with human nature and fully experiences human senses like
touch, taste, smell, sight, hearing
which implies not a “taking human form” but physically united with finite attributes
“god man” is “god the son”
so the question again is
did immortal god taste death ?

The incarnate word of god gave up his fleshly body for the remission of sin.

I think you are trying to be too clever, and not succeeding. God is capable of existing both within creation and outside of it at the same time without losing his full divine attributes. It’s that simple.

I’m not seeing your reasoning here. If not dying is only a divine attribute, then bodily resurrection cannot be true, since once resurrected you become immortal. And if you are resurrected, can you say that you have truly died?

To clarify, god can enter creation as a human being whilst simultaneously existing outside of his creation in his full glory.
“Yes. Are you saying Jesus did not really die?”
No. I’m saying that some of the muslims have embroiled themselves in a paradox – if you live eternally after resurrection, then you are immortal, i.e. eternal.

Your response is pretty incoherent. God can not utilize his full power and glory if he chooses – I’m not seeing how you have addressed my point.

1. is god all seeing and all hearing?
2. when god the son becomes a human being does he see and hear like a human being?
what in the divine being becomes finite in hearing and seeing?
god does not start off with finite human sight and hearing , he starts of with infinite sight and hearing which is not limited.
if god becomes a human, then he limited in sight and hearing and this means something in the divine nature is fully experiencing these limits

glory in what?

I say;
You forgot that you DIED, DIED, DIED, DIED, DIED before resurrection?
The Bible said that God is immortal i.e. God will not DIE at all and so God will not be resurrected. Any one who is resurrected is not God and so Jesus is not God.
You will talk about body.
The Bible did not say body does not die but the Bible said God does not die. If some body died then that person i.e. The Son is not God.

If God can enter creation as a human being, how do you know at a certain point in time God did not reveal Himself as a Hindu God i.e. Sai Baba? Rastafarian human being God i.e. Emperor Haile Selaissies, his imperial majesty Jah Rastafari, the conqueror of the Lion of Judah and other God men?
If God loves you and the above scientist to come and love you as a creature on this earth then do not blame Hindus and other idol worshipers for worshiping creations like voodoos snake Gods, Hindus Monkey Gods, cow Gods, elephants Gods etc.
After all Christian believe is like idol believe that God can enter into his creations in a form of His creations to love them to the point of even dying which He never dies.

You haven’t addressed the paradox of how eternalness can have a beginning. Once resurrected human bodies assume an eternal existence, yet by its nature the infinite has no beginning.
Islam must be false.

Jesus’s body died, but His spirit never did. Scripture teaches before his resurrection he went into the belly of Sheol and preached condemnation to those who sinned during Noah’s day. If you read 1 Peter 3, you will see that while Jesus’ body died, his spirit never did. In fact, Jesus proved his deity by rising again on the third day, conquering over death. His resurrection is a promise that all of us will be resurrected at the last judgment. Those who trusted in the only righteous being in the universe, God incarnate, will be saved. Those who trust in their own works will be condemned. I pray that all will look to Jesus, the lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world.

Christians like you will always change words for your whims and caprice when you are cornered. The Bible said God is immortal i.e. God does not die. If some body died i.e. Jesus Christ died then he is mortal and he is not God and those worshiping Jesus will have themselves to be blamed before the God of Jesus who Jesus said He the God of Jesus is the ONLY TRUE God.
chaddamitz
Christians when sinned cannot rely on the blood of Jesus but they have to sincerely repent like Muslims and anyone like Jews do. So it is the sincerely repentance that can save humans before God not the blood of Jesus because Christians cannot get salvation from their sins without sincerely repentance i.e. a Christians murderer or rapist must sincerely repent just like Muslims do and Jews do.
Do Christians not sincerely repent after they sin?
I do not think a blood is a detergent that washes away people’s sin or God needs blood to drink this coming Halloween,. It is Vampires, Draculas, and Halloween witches that needs blood for something but the God of Abraham creates blood so He does not need blood.
Thanks.
