Your just paraphrasing Winston Churchill. And I was under the impression that North Korea is a democracy, after all, don’t they refer to there State as the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea!
North Korea is a communist state. It is a one-party system, typically found in communist states. If I am indeed paraphrasing Churchill, then it is not intentional but then again, if he did indeed state that democracies are better than theocracies, he wouldn’t be wrong.
Except of course, it works better than the alternatives.

Compare it to a theocracy. Would you move to Iran? Compare it to communism. Would you have wanted to live in the USSR, or North Korea right now?

I don’t believe in theocracy nor am I a Communist

Well theocracies most certainly exist and the question wasn’t whether you were a communist.
