I realize that there are many Christians who have stood up and spoken out against the irrational hatred of Islam and Muslim and I thank them. But I wish there were more like Chris Hedges who speak the truth loudly and firmly in the face of Christian fundamentalism and extremism before things are allowed to progress unchecked.

I highly recommend Wages of Rebellion. It is one of my favourite books. He’s a great author. I also believe he did an episode with Sh. Hamza Yusuf on extremism recently. Amazing guy.
