This is a part two on this Hadith report (below) which is often quoted out of its historical context. I have one comment: Which is that only verses containing rulings can be abrogated, as for “You are only one who reminds, you are not a guardian over them” it’s a simple fact not a verse describing a ruling, so it can’t even be said to be abrogated ab initio.
