I just don’t think this is allowed in our faith to “mock” other beliefs like this. I mean they could do the same regards to our Kiyamah and resurrection.
We saw inconsistencies and we are pointing out. Our religion challenges anyone to show inconsistencies in our religion or Quran. Did you not see my quote from the Quran above?
If you find it as a “mock”, then blame the Bible writers and not us. We are just repeating what is in the Bible. It is a Nightmare on Elm Street from the Bible and by Bible writers and not us.
We have to point it out graphically, so that people will understand and make a decision. We are not in the state of “mock” to anyone’s religion but just repeating what the religion believes.
If you are worried about a “mock”, then advice those who mock God and say;
-God died.
-He has become man/creature like other idols.
-He came from the private part of a woman.
-He is divided into 3(our religion said “Do not say 3, desist, it is better for you). Do you think our religion is in “mock” to any religion by graphically showing what God is not?
Some Christian preachers say the will not teach/preach the zombie story in their Churches. If they won’t, then it becomes a story for blockbuster. It proves the Quran when it says; woe to some people who write with their own hands, some stories and say it is a scripture from Allah.
People are scrutinizing our religion and Quran everyday. We respond to them. We have lot of Christians who respond to our concerns here and elsewhere. It is not a “mock” but to raise awareness. The Church do not teach this inconsistencies to their congregation but to teach them to attack Islam. Lizzie and Hatun at the speakers corner might not be aware of this or are mute about it but just to attack Islam. We must point out this to them and anyone who want the truth.
Not that we do not believe in the resurrection, this post remind us that if indeed resurrected people invaded Jerusalem surely this was going to be a major event even in antiquity. However the absence of historical evidences and the fact that three out of four gospel did not include this story makes it highly probably that this “Matthew” isn’t telling “the gospel truth,” and somehow lied to create phenomenal story for his gospel.
Agreed with most of what you say, but there is a difference in presenting the story with graphics of zombies, as that is not what the verse necessarily imply. The text says ‘dead people were raised to life’. The resurrected could simply have their healthy human form, but the drawing makes it ugly. That’s what I’m referring to as ‘mocking’.
