Not only did he have a “white complexion”, but the complexion was also described as “slightly reddish”.[41] He was described as “neither absolutely white nor deep brown”.[42] So, the conclusion is that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was not literally a white man, and no serious scholar has ever described him as such. For example, Watt described him simply as having a “fair” complexion.[43]
As for the claim that he owned black slaves, this was obviously an attempt to characterize him as a racist slave owner like American or European white slave owners. But the reality was that he did not exclusively own black slaves. He also had Arab slaves. Slavery was a fact of life in the ancient world, but it was not as if only blacks were made into slaves and not Arabs, or vice versa. Moreover, Muhammad (peace be upon him) was clearly against racism, as he made clear in his famous “Farewell Sermon”:
“[a]ll mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety (taqwa) and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood.”[44]

In other words, Abu Dharr got angry at Bilal and denigrated his ethnicity in the heat of the moment. When he heard what Abu Dharr had said, Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
“[h]ave you reproached Bilal about his mother? By the one who revealed the Book to Muhammad, none is better than another except by righteous deeds. You have none but an insignificant amount.””[45]

“But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
Verse 18. – Keep alive for yourselves, i.e., for domestic slaves in the first instance. Subsequently no doubt many of them became inferior wives of their masters, or were married to their sons. It says “women children”. In other words, they were not adult women, but young virgin girls. Everyone else was killed, but only the virgin girls were spared.

This reminds me one of the interpretation for Daniel 7 (the 4 beasts) by a muslim. I don’t adopt it, but it’s very interesting!
We know that christians try to avoid the historical fact about Islam which has been fulfilled according to Daniel 2. Christians try to avoid that by mingling and mixing Daniel 2 with Daniel 7.
However, we know that Daniel 7 was more than clear that these beasts will come out from ( the Great Sea). Therefore, it’s impossible and nonsense to interpret these beasts as Babylon or Persia.
The interpretation of Daniel 7, if it’s authentic account transmitted from the prophet Daniel, seems to refer to the far future. In other words, it refers to our time. The muslim guy interprets these 4 beasts as the colonial empires that have invaded the saints’ lands ( the Islamic lands). These beasts are as the following:
1) The Lion= The British empire.
2) The bear = Russia
3) The leopard with four heads = the 4 Catholic invaders which are : France, Spain, Portugal,and Italy.
4) The terrifying and frightening fourth beast with Iron teeth = U.S.A.
